The area from EPIP upto Khanapara junction covering a stretch 10 - 12 Kms. and about 500 metres away from NH-40 (to the left from Shillong to Guwahati) being notified as "Scheme Areas" shall be eligible for all the incentives which are available to Industrial Unit at EPIP.
