Organisational Structure at the Directorate Level
The Director of Industries, as the Head of the Department, is the over all controlling authority for implementation, of the various programmes and activities of the Department.
At the Head Quarter, to assist the Director, these are :

The Office Administration section is look after by a Registrar for with the assistance of 2 (two) Office Superintendent.
The Establishment of the
Joint Director has also been set up with the Head Quarter, at Tura, in West Garo
Hills District, to monitor and supervise the field level functionaries of the
Three Districts of Garo Hills.
