The Scheme of Training Inside and Outside the State

In addition to the Training Programmes provided by the Department in various vocational trades like carpentry, weaving and handloom and handicrafts etc in the existing Training Centres of the Department, and to overcome the shortage of the skilled man power in the state, the Department also sponsors youths for implant training in other trades in registered Local Industrial Units or outside the state with stipend Rs. 500/- per trainees per month. It is important for the state to keep up with the changing trend and to generate employment opportunities for the people of the state.
